“Duty, Honor, Achievement” - The Principles Upon Which I Conduct Business.

As a teenager, I was privileged to attend a college preparatory school in New Mexico whose motto was “Duty, Honor, Achievement”. By in large, the Alumni took this motto to heart and adopted it into their daily lives as a code to live by in whatever career or lifestyle they have chosen.

My chosen career is Residential Real Estate. For over thirty years I have applied the principles of Duty, Honor and Achievement as my guidelines for dealing with people and assisting them in the sale or purchase of property in the tri-valley area.

I take these principles very seriously. I have a DUTY to represent my Buyers and Sellers to the best of my ability and knowledge. My dealings with Buyers and Sellers are HONORABLE -straightforward and beyond reproach. I do my utmost, through careful diligence and hard work to ACHIEVE my client’s goals in the purchase or sale of Real Estate.

I came into the field of Real Estate right out of Graduate School. This isn’t a second or third career, a part-time fling or something to dabble in. I am committed to making your experience in buying and/or selling Real Estate one of quality and fairness without pressure. I assist you every step of the way through the process from initial consultation through the final sign off and closing when I hand you either the proceeds check from the sale of your property, or the keys to the new home you have purchased.
